Olive size medium/small, are characterized by shades of color from yellow to black, and a flavor, with a slight bitter aftertaste. Leccino, 100% Italian.

Packaged in brine according to the traditional recipe (a mixture of water, salt and herbs), are ideal for recipes such as baked fish and potatoes or the rabbit ligurian.
